1. Who is responsible for the data

2. What data we receive
The form asks for your name, reply contact, selected service and request description. Company name is optional. The site language, referral source and UTM tags may also accompany an enquiry. To protect the form from repeated automated requests, the system uses technical connection data, including the IP address. If Umami analytics is enabled, it receives page views, referral source, site performance metrics and technical form-error categories. Form fields are not sent to analytics.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to reply, clarify your needs and discuss possible cooperation. Technical data helps limit spam and misuse of the form.
4. Consent
You must select the consent checkbox before submitting the form. The form will not accept an enquiry without it. We use the information you provide to review and respond to your request.
5. How an enquiry is handled
Netlify hosts the website. Supabase validates and stores submitted enquiries. If Telegram notifications are configured, the enquiry details needed to respond are sent to DROPLINE Agency’s work chat. A Telegram message is a notification and does not replace saving the enquiry in Supabase.
6. Who may receive the data
Data is shared only with services needed to run the site and handle enquiries: Netlify for hosting, Supabase for processing and storing submissions, Telegram for notifications and Umami for analytics when those features are configured. We do not sell data or share it for third-party advertising.
7. How long enquiries are kept
We keep an enquiry while it is needed to respond and consider possible cooperation, or longer if required by law. To request deletion, email contact@dropline.agency.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask to restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Email contact@dropline.agency with the subject “Personal data request”. We may ask you to confirm that the request concerns your data. You may also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
